The Liturgical Ministries Committee plans all aspects of the liturgical year and provides a spiritual environment for the celebration of the Eucharist.

Liturgical Ministries

Altar Linens volunteers launder and iron the altar linens at their homes between Tuesday and Friday of each week.

Art & Environment Committee creates an inviting spiritual environment for weekend worship through altar decor, floral arrangements, and sewing. This group is especially and continually in need of seamstresses.

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion distribute Holy Communion to parishioners during Mass.

Eucharistic Ministry to the Sick and Homebound ministry distributes Holy Communion to Parishioners who are homebound.

Greeters greet fellow parishioners as they gather for Mass.

Lectors deliver Scripture readings and lead psalm responses during Masses.

Music ministry leads our congregation in song at Masses through vocal and instrumental worship. Vocalists, accompanists (training is provided for interested pianists), and instrumentalists are continually needed for this important ministry.

Perpetual Adoration offers parishioners an opportunity to meditate and pray for a minimum of one hour every week in our beautiful quiet chapel. This provides us a great opportunity for meditation, prayer, and reading of scripture and religious articles.

Ushers assist in seating parishioners, taking up collections, and passing out information at Masses.
