The Communications Committee develops and executes the comprehensive communications program for St. Michael's Catholic Parish, encompassing all internal and external communications. It establishes and communicates an image for St. Michael's Parish through standardized visual and typographic elements that can be used on all communications to parishioners and media.

Objectives:

Build a comprehensive web site to help users access information on programs offered by St. Michael parish.

Develop new-member materials to be concise, effective and cost-efficient.

Standardize all stationery, signage and printed materials issued from any St. Michael committee or organization.

Incorporate new St. Michael image, visual and typographic elements into the weekly bulletin to the extent possible.

Implement a proactive media relations program to promote St. Michael parish in the community.

Incorporate new St. Michael image, visual and typographic elements into the parish directory.

Communications Committee

Coordinates photographers, writers, graphic designers and anyone with a marketing or public relations background to assist internal groups at our Parish with public relations efforts. Also responsible for contacting external publications on behalf of our Church.
