Welcome to St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Parish Ministries! We would like to first thank you for your continued support and dedication.  We pray that your commitment continues to draw you closer to the Lord and to the St. Michael community.

In an effort to help ministries run smoothly, the Parish Council has put together this information.  Although we have tried to include all aspects of the ministries within the parish, we realize that each ministry has its own challenges that may not be addressed here.  If you have any questions, please call or email

We would like for each ministry to have a representative learn how to update ministry information on the Website.  This is a great way to have information available to the Parish.  We can add downloadable forms, online forms, general information, calendars etc.  Please let us know what questions you have or how we can help you develop the website for your ministry. Check out the St. Mary's Food Kitchen Information

A Table After Mass

Requirements include:

A representative from your ministry for each Mass time.  This includes Saturday 5:00, Sunday 7:30, 9:00, 10:30 and Noon

Benefits include:

An announcement following Mass and a great opportunity to spread the news about your ministry. 

Coffee and Donuts or Pancake Breakfast Sunday-This is a great week to spread information about your ministry.·

Ideas for marketing for A Table After Mass

1. Create a postcard to distribute.  Inclulde basic information concerning your ministry with contact information or important dates. 

2. Table Tents for Pancake Breakfast.  Colorful, attractive table tents can draw peoples attention to an upcoming event or educate about an ongoing ministry.   

3. Posters.  We have floor easels and table easels available for your posters.

4. Shake hands.  Mingle with the crowd and meet some new people. Face to face is always a great way to spread the word.

St. Thérèse  - Little Acts of Service Tower

This can be used for a variety of different volunteer opportunities.   Do you need volunteers for a specific parish wide event?  Do you need prayers for a ministry?  Do you need baked goods for a parish wide event?  Contact Suzy Meinzenbach This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. wine_and_cheeseThis is a event hosted by the Social Committee.  New members are invited to come on a Thursday evening and meet with Fr. Bill and parishioners to learn more about our Parish.  This is a great way to spread the word about your ministry.

Stewardship Meeting

Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of each committee are invited to participate in the Stewardship Committee.  These are held 3 times a year.  The purpose of this meeting is to share information, exchange ideas and generate support for all our ministries.
