The Parish Council advises the pastor regarding present operations and future goals of the parish. Council members are the pastor’s "eyes and ears" in our faith community so that the pastor understands various perspectives throughout the parish.
Parish Council usually meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. and consists of 9 to 12 members who are registered parishioners, each serving a 3-year term.
Parishioners interested in serving on Parish Council should indicate interest on their annual stewardship renewal form or notify the Parish Administrator, Rob Lisch.

FINANCE COUNCIL
The Finance Council sets fiscal policy for St. Michael the Archangel Parish, establishes budgets and monitors and reviews expenditures. The council is responsible for ensuring that proper accounting procedures are followed and that appropriate statements are provided to the Pastor for his use in the overall management of St. Michael the Archangel Parish, and to the Archdiocese for their oversight.
The group ensures that Parish financial statements fairly reflect the financial condition, results of operations, and cash flows of the Parish in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Council members also monitor an internal control system that protects Parish assets and provides the proper authorization and recording of transactions to be sure financial information is reliable and accurate.
Finance Council usually meets at 7:15 a.m. on the third Tuesday of every month except for July. The council is composed of nine to twelve members who are registered members of the Parish. Finance Council members serve three-year terms.
