Confirmed 8th - 12th grade singers and instrumentalists are enthusiastically invited to join the SMA High School Choir. If God has blessed you with musical talent - or simply the joy of singing His praise at Mass - we need you!
Under the director of Dan Klocke, the SMA High School Choir sings for the 5:00 pm Sunday evening Mass twice a month during the academic year, typically on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. We meet for warm-ups and rehearsal at 4:00 pm prior to our scheduled Masses.
At St. Michael the Archangel, we also have a long-standing tradition of involving high school singers in our Cantor ministry. Please click HERE for more information about our Cantor ministry.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, congregational singing and our music ministry activities have been suspended. We eagerly await the safe return of singing and our choral ministries! Updates about how and when the SMA High School Choir will resume will be added to this page as information becomes available. Thank you for your patience and support!
